jimc on judri and restrictive/nonrestrictive



jimc got ne and pe backwards.  All of the members of GOI and POI starting
with 'p' are restrictive - the ones starting with 'n' are <N>on-restrictive.

The 'possessive' pre-description sumti is definitely restrictive.

Also, I noted to Arthur privately that he might prefer 'le' to 'lo'
since he probably has a particular kind of address in mmind.
'lo' mighjt include street address, net address, and phone # (or all of the
above), and is implicitly quantified as one or more of them. 'le' means the
speaker has a particular address (or maybe just a form of address) in mind.
