JL15 is going to be finished and go to the printers either Friday or Monday.
About 88 pages, including 36 pages of Lojban text and commentary and the like,
a clarified summary of the sumti-raising debates of a few months ago, and 
a few other discussions, some of which have been on lojban-list and some have
not, and all of which have been re-edited to make them right (I hope) this time.
(God the errors you find the second time around!!)

The price will be $9.00 or so, and it will go automatically to all level 1,2 
and 3 people, arriving sometime in 2-4 weeks if typical.  If you want the
issue and are not yet registered at level 1 or higher, i need to hear from you
ASAP to get you into the regular mailing.  We recommend that you get the level
1 package at a minimum, which I can send with the issue, charging about $16

for the both.
