Nick asks, with an example of the form "le broda pe ri" whether "ri" backcounts
to be assigned to "le broda". I don't think so, because "ke'a" would be the
word to refer to the relativized sumti. I don;t think I've ever said that
ri backcounting includes the current sumti or its components.
