Mark proposes hierarchising {ki'o} by duplication, so as you can know
whether you're takling octillions or billions from the start of the number.
I don't reckon {ki'oki'o}, which shld retain {,000,000,}, is the way. The
classic lojban way is, of course, subscripting. paki'oxibiboiki'oki'oki'oki'o
ki'oki'opapapa 1 SEPTILLION 111.
