Nobody wants to answer this one?
It's when you use an "object" type sumti in a place that
requires an "event" type sumti. For example {rinka} means
"event x1 causes event x2", so you can't say {le brife
cu rinka le nu lei tricu cu desku} = "the wind causes
the trees to shake", because the x1 has to be an event.

I don't know, but it has nothing to do with copyright
violations :)

If you're a first time offender you may get away with
a simple warning, but after that they can give you up
to two years. You can always try to appeal, but in general
that doesn't help much.
