Reference grammar eeleased in HTML format

John Cowan here.  The first release in HTML format
of the draft reference grammar is now available at
ftp://ftp.access.digex.net/pub/access/lojbab/draft-reference-grammar/index.html

This is *very* close to the final form.

Note:  It refers to specific fonts, so Netscape 3.0
or IE 3.0 is useful, especially in Chapter 3 and Chapter 14.
The SILDoulosIPA font can be downloaded from sil.org.
Any Adobe-or Windows-compatible Symbol font can be used in Chapter 18.
