Official Typo Correction Set #7

Failure to bracket ellipsis dots in <dots> and </dots> tags
fixed, as follows:

 a. last paragraph of Chapter 2 Section 15
 b. text before Chapter 10 Example 17.7
 c. text before Chapter 13, Example 15.4
 d. all occurrences in Chapter 21

HIGH PRIORITY CHANGE: Chapter 2, Section 14 has
badly screwed-up example numbers. Should be 14.1 through 14.9,
not 14.1, 14.1, 14.2, 14.2, etc.

Chapter 2: Example 14.4 (new numbering): for "you are-talking"
read "You are-talking." (with period)

Chapter 7, just after Example 1.4: for "the speaker" read
"John, the person," (with both commas)

CORRECTION TO TYPO CORRECTION #3: should refer
to Chapter 10, not Chapter 19. COrrect version is:

In Chapter 10, Example 19.10: for 'ba' read 'pu'
