And if that lobypli is me, I too have caved in and agreed to use the ugly
apostrophes instead of <h>s for the same reason as and.

In addition to aesthetic preference for the <h>s, some word processors
choke on the <'>. However, a search and replace diminishes this problem.

Actually, I am not sure of what the status of <h> is. Is it still in the
"gray zone" of acceptable?
