A-OK

Well I was the one who mentioned the etymology to John Cowan, based on
my recollections from many space lauches back in the 60s. However, given
that my etymology was questioned, i went to the dictionary which disagrees
with me and says the etymology is A(ll)-OK (Webster's New World Dict.)
