Lojban material now available on PLS - LOTS!!!

I checked up those two files.  As far as diff can determine, the only
differences between the gismu.lst we had and the newer one was a line or
two in the header and different use of whitespace.  The logdata.raw did
appear to have more differences, though.

Sorry I missed those two; I thought I'd put up the newer ones (I'm not sure
if the date in the Index file would have reflected the newer date).  In any
case, they are now the most current ones I could find.
