Not sure if this resolve your problem, but I did add the precision place
to merli. I think for most scientific usages where precision is importnat,
scientific notation is used, which makes the number of significant figures
plain. Lojban need not have the same problem with 2300 that English does.
How about
recitu'otu'o
recinotu'o
recinonopinononononono
etc.
We also have all those odd little cmavo in selma'o pa that can be used to
encode things like precision if someone really wants to.
