CONLANG:Complex Grammar: It starts to come together

Hello everyone!
I'm coming along in the complex grammar project. It shall be
called Ubaltik, which means with ease. Probably shortly after
Thanksgiving I'll post the first text in it, which will be the
Babel Text. Which version should I translate from? King James?
While I do have a rather detailed and complicated grammar,
there are not a huge amount of irregularities, but there are
some. The phonology is basically the Roman. There are five verb
conjugations, three declensions, three genders, twenty-two noun
cases, so far twelve verb tenses (this will probably increase),
and several verb moods.
What's the best way to publish this when complete, and where?
Thanks for your help,
Chris Collins
