The IPA uses [X] (similar to lowercase Greek 'chi') to represent an
unvoiced *uvular* fricative (check ipakeys.hlp in silip12a.exe).
However, this symbol is consistently used throughout the paper. Does
it mean [x] ? Are [x] and [X] accepted variants of Lojban 'x' ?
Is [X] (uvular) the preferred version ?
