simple Lojban text - how about giving it a try, folks

Simple Lojban text translated from McGuffy's Primer. (McGuffy's Readers
are a set of books used since the 1830's in teaching children to read
English, primarily by religious fundamentalists (hence the heavy
moralistic tone).

These texts should be readable by pretty near anybody who has gismu and
cmavo lists (the newest version of the lists were used, but you
shouldn't have too much trouble with an older list. The grammar is
relatively simple, there are few lujvo, and most of those are easily
decomposable. Let's have everyone give it a try.

I ask one of the other Lojbanists on the list to post a translation after
a couple of days, preferably interlinear. (Mark S.: care to post a Shoebox
translation and explain what and how?)

lojbab, for the Tues. nite DC group
