Bob, as the Top Lojbanist you should be the first one to know that
there is such a thing as assigning your KOhA. This refers to {do} as
well as to the others. I kind of can guess that you are replying to
someone, but I have no idea who that is; what you are following up to
may well have been posted on the List, but it hasn't materialised at
my site.
What I'm suggesting is that it would have been better if you had
started your letter with the English counterpart of {doi ...} or part
of the header (but preferably one that contains a human name, not just
an email address).
