response to one note by Frank Schulz - tanru place structures

Frank says that tanru obscure place structures. I am not sure what he
means, but they shouldn't.

The place structure of ALL tanru are the place structure of the final
term. Thus, the place structure of nenri klama is that of klama. Any places
that relate to nenri, must be attached directly to nenri with be/bei/be'o.

lujvo may have somewhat obscure place structures until established through
usage (or dictionary), but not tanru.
