1. FAQ file on www page. (Frequently asked questions)
2. newsgroup with daily editing to prune out the spam
3. some better means of tracing threads-folders, etc. The extensive quoting
is due to the lack of a good thread mechanism.
4. put the archived, pruned discussions on the www page as well, for people
who can't or won't subscribe to the newsgroup
