The following modification gives any alternation of glued bare and
mod_headed sumti starting with a mod_head:

modifier_82             :  mod_head_490  gap_450
                        |  mod_sumti_84
                        ;

mod_sumti_84            :  mod_head_490 sumti_90
                        |  mod_head_490 BO_508 sumti_90
                        |  mod_sumti_84 BO_508 sumti_90
                        |  mod_sumti_84 BO_508 mod_head_490 sumti_90
                        ;

Any BO can be replaced with an unused cmavo without the scheme breaking
down. So if you need added semantics, just go ahead and introduce the
necessary cmavo. This grammar will handle the lot.
