Turkish proverbs

OK, here's the next Turkish proverb.  I'm not sure if this use of "sarji"
is figurative or not - is there another gismu to mean "support" in the
sense of moral/political support?

mi fapro le mi bruna .i ku'i mi sarji le mi bruna le mi patfu .i mi sarji
le mi patfu le mi famti .i mi sarji le mi famti le cagyselxa'u .i mi sarji
le cagyselxa'u le tcadu

Lojban seems to have an urban bias - isn't there a simpler lujvo for
"village"?  I would suggest something like "cmatca".

I'm working on another proverb, but I'm getting confused with relative
clauses.  To use our old friends from the draft textbook, how would I say:

Rick performs those actions which Alice will not perform

?

("will" in the sense of volition or habit, not futurity)
