If you say that (in English or the equivalent Spanish), then I will
understand
that you believe that Christ was born on Christmas day, unless you
make the word "know" stand out in a special way, so you would not be
using it with its usual meaning. The question about {djuno} need not
hinge on the English, but it would seem that asserting {da djuno de fo di}
would require one to believe that {de jetnu di}.

Whoever asserted that? We were discussing a Lojban question,
not an English one, and I'm not sure what you mean by "acceptable"
here. Do you mean "a grammatically correct answer", "a true answer",
"a helpful answer", or something else?

Why do you use quotes? "1" != "2-1" either, if by using quotes you
mean the text.

On the other hand, you can't possibly mean that it is not the
case that there is some integer x such that 1 = x.

If you ask {li pa du ma}, then there are many true answers:
{lo namcu}, {le se mitre be le mi jubme}, {li re vu'u pa}, etc.
