?unt
Hi
I have had several responses to this. Some even managed it without computer
help. The answer was (dare I say obviously) 'aunt'.
Point is that, in English and English-like languages, i.e. most of the
Germanic and Romance languages that I am familiar with, we classify on
beginnings -- that is why we need rhyming dictionaries.
The other point is that in any task of this form, and that could well
include rafsi disambiguation, there is often considerable interference from
'obvious' but incorrect answers. This _may_ make a difference to any human
rafsi resolution algorithm - computers are not quite as gullible (not yet
anyway)
