Not in my view. A corporation may be a prenu, that's a matter
for lojbo lawyers to decide, but it isn't an event. {i xu lo kagni
cu prenu i mi na djuno i xu lo kagni cu fasnu i pe'i na go'i}

What would it mean? In what context would you say that a person
occurs?
