Ideally I would like to see a word-for-word (morpheme-for-morpheme inthe
case of Turkish) gloss before I would attempt to evaluate what you did as
a translation.

BUT
"all" would not be translated as "lo piro"

Most likely, all you need is just plain "ro ninmu
but you could also use "piro loi ninmu".

and specifically

That English translation has a relative clause startig with "who", thus
revealing that the Lojban translation of this English is

roda poi ninmu cu ckaji leka xrula

Notye that the x2 of ckaji is a ka abstraction.  A way of expressing ka in
English is the suffix "ness".  So this could mean

All those who are women are characterized by flower-ness(florality?).

Your grammar was quite valid.
