Right. How about:

        la rik cu gasnu roda poi la alis cu rivbi le nu gasnu ke'a

Or using a lujvo:

        la rik cu gasnu roda poi la alis gaunrivbi ke'a

Or even simpler:

        la rik cu gasnu le se gaunrivbi be la alis

Yes, I think that's what it means.

I would have said {mu'iku} was better here. "Motivated by
something" rather than "with some motivated person around".
