The latter is zo'o.  The former probably is not, though perhaps
zo'oro'a might be relevant.  You could consider .o'e, .i'o, .u'i, .i'u, or
even .uu, all of which youy might label with "ro'a".  My best guess of these
is something like .u'iro'a.o'e
